Automatic Parallel Wire Tinning Machine
This high-performance fully automatic tin dipping machine with single wire integrates crimping and one-side tinning with full automation. It supports a cutting length of 26-9900MM (custom rubber 20MM) and crimping force with standard 2T/30 stroke (optional 3T/40 stroke). Adapting to single wire up to 4.0MM, dual wires (20-30#), and parallel wires (18-30#), it's compatible with OTP card molds (flag/European mold). Boasting a processing capacity of 3700PCS/H for dual wires within 300MM, this fully automatic tin dipping machine with single wire significantly boosts production efficiency. Controlled by an ARM eight-axis control card, it ensures precise program execution. Detection functions include terminal detection, wire detection, fault alarm, and optional crimping force monitoring. Electrical requirements: AC 220V 2.0Kw; air pressure: 0.4-0.6MPa. The machine measures 720×850×1650MM and weighs 265KG. Optional accessories like automatic pay-off reels and conveyor belts cater to customized production needs.
