Automatic Single Head Wire Twisting and Crimping Machine
Fully automatic one head crimping with one side tiwsing machine is specially designed for efficient wire harness production. It integrates single-head crimping, single-side twisting, wire cutting, stripping, tube threading and drying, achieving seamless one-stop processing. Equipped with a 0.75-kilowatt three-phase asynchronous motor (optional 1.5-kilowatt/2.2-kilowatt), and with variable frequency control function, it can provide stable and adjustable crimping performance. At the same time, the full-step action motor ensures precise and consistent twisting of the single-side wire, thereby improving connection reliability.
This equipment is suitable for tubes with diameters ranging from D3.0 to D6.0 millimeters and lengths of 15 to 28 millimeters, and has strong versatility, suitable for various applications. It is equipped with multi-dimensional detection (terminal, tube, pressure, wire) and optional pressure monitoring and fault alarm functions to ensure production quality. It is suitable for electronic manufacturing, automotive wire harnesses and electrical engineering, reducing human errors, improving production efficiency, and meeting high-precision production requirements.
