Precision Pay-off Machine
GVF102 is a stable and reliable floor-standing electric wire feeding machine, equipped with a servo motor as a wire feeding accelerator. The active feed wheel pulls the cable from the spool or reel. Through an electronically controlled system driven by a pendulum arm, the feed rate is automatically adjusted according to the actual situation of the machine (such as an automatic crimping machine). The integrated pendulum arm enables pressure-free and tension-free wire feeding. Thanks to the closed-loop design, the GVF102 precision pay-off machine can also operate as an independent system and be integrated into other production line equipment.
