Full Automatic Inserting Waterproof Plug Insertion Terminal Crimping Machine
Fully automatic inset waterproof crimping machine is an automated wire harness processing equipment used for waterproof treatment of electrical wires and cables. It can complete the dual functions of single-end terminal crimping and single-end rain plug insertion at one time. The core functions include automatic wire cutting (precise control of wire length), automatic insulation layer stripping, single-end terminal crimping (crimping the terminal on one end of the wire), and single-end rain plug insertion (inserting the rain plug into the other end of the wire). Some models also have auxiliary functions such as wire twisting and tinning. The rain plug, also known as a waterproof plug/ring/pad, is a silicone part in automotive wire harness connectors. It is installed on the wire and inserted into the connector to prevent water and oil from entering, improving the waterproof performance of the wire harness.
During operation, the equipment uses a servo motor-driven wire feeding mechanism to precisely feed the wire, and then automatically cuts it according to the preset length. Subsequently, it completes the processes of stripping, crimping, and inserting the rain plug in sequence.
