The Fully automatic tin dipping machine with single wire adopts a front-back translational double-head peeling and crimping design. The peeling and crimping movements of the Fully automatic tin dipping machine with single wire are equipped with two XY-axis guide rails, and high-precision displacement control ensures precise movement. The wire-cutting blades adopt a horizontal in-line design, and the front and rear cutting blades can be independently adjusted to ensure stable wire cutting.
Meanwhile, the peeling module is equipped with a precise double-screw rod control system, and the upper and lower blades can synchronously cut in, supporting CNC adjustment of the cutting depth and avoidance values. The operation is convenient, and both the front and rear blades are equipped with rubber sheet suction devices, which can effectively prevent the interference of residual rubber sheets during the cutting and peeling process. The Fully automatic tin dipping machine with single wire's crimping module is an integrated cast precision servo crimping machine, equipped with a Japanese Mitsubishi servo control system, achieving stable force output and rapid crimping. The crimping height adjustment is realized by a hand-tightening height adjustment slider, which is efficient and convenient to operate.

In addition, both the front and rear horizontal and straight terminals are equipped with residual material collection and cutting devices to avoid interference from residual materials during automatic operation. It also has an automatic positioning and placement function for defective crimping products to prevent defective products from flowing into the next process. At the same time, a rear conveyor belt is standard-equipped, which can avoid bending of ultra-small wires during movement, further reducing the defect rate.
