The Fully automatic insert waterproof with single wear with tin plated machine is an automated device for wire harness processing. It can automatically measure, cut, and strip both ends of wires, realizing integrated processing: on one end of the wire, it automatically crimps terminals, and inserts the waterproof rubber plug (rain plug) into the corresponding position via the vibrating tray's automatic feeding to form a waterproof sealed connection; meanwhile, the other end of the wire will sequentially complete stripping, twisting, and tin-plating processes to enhance the conductivity and welding performance of this end. All procedures (cutting, stripping, crimping, inserting rubber plugs, twisting, tin-plating) can be finished on this single machine.
