Fully automatic waterproof plug crimping machine with double pressure single threading
This advanced machine specializes in fully automatic waterproof plug crimping with double pressure single threading for wire harness processing. It features a standard 2T/30 stroke crimping force (optional 3T/40 stroke), supporting AWG16-30# 1007 single wires and expandable waterproof plugs (≤17mm diameter). Multiple mold options include OTP molds for waterproof plugs (optional European style) and non-waterproof OTP molds (optional European/flag-shaped molds).With a processing capacity of 2000-2400PCS/H (≤300MM wires), it ensures high efficiency. Powered by AC 220V 3.0Kw (air pressure 0.4-0.6MPa), it integrates Jiayuan Intelligence motor frequency conversion, Chint Electric circuit control, and an ARM eight-axis control card for precise operation.Detection functions cover terminal (waterproof plug included), air pressure, and wire detection, with optional fault alarm and pressure monitoring. Optional accessories like automatic pay-off reels, conveyor belts, and plug detection modules are available. The machine measures L1150×W750×H1600MM and weighs 450Kg.
